- Two simplified visitor guides in “easy-to-read and easy-to-understand” (FALC) format in French are available free of charge upon request at the ticket office and can be downloaded from the monument’s website:
o An FALC visitor guide about the church and the apartments of Margaret of Austria.
o An FALC visitor guide about the museum and its collections.
- Audio guides are available at the ticket office in 5 languages (French, English, Italian, German, Spanish) and last 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Multisensory tour—tactile models, a tactile map of the monument, and hands-on exploration of objects in the “Quel Chantier!” room.
- Soft lighting in the “Amour” room (hologram of Margaret of Austria)
- Sensory bag available at the reception desk (currently being prepared)
