Good to know
- A magnetic induction loop is installed at the ticket office (Geemarc – Loop Hear 102v2)
- Integration with the ACCEO telephone assistance system for the deaf and hard of hearing (by connecting to ACCEO, a person who is deaf or hard of hearing can read the words of the person on the other end of the line in real time)
Along the tour route
- All of the museum’s videos are subtitled in French and English.
- All of the videos in the rooms of Marguerite of Austria’s apartments, as well as the film about Marguerite of Austria, are translated into French Sign Language.
Tour offers
Guided Tours in French Sign Language
- Once or twice a year, a hearing tour guide leads tours in French Sign Language. These tours are offered to deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors at a rate of €8 per person.
- Hearing visitors may also attend these tours at the monument’s full admission price of €11 per person.
